I can make so many varieties in fish which I'm going to share in my upcoming posts.in andhra especially in my place sea food is very famous,when we are kids daddy use to bring so many varieties in sea food.
Coming to this fish fry recipe Mom used to prepare very yummy and crispy fish.......if you follow this exact recipe you can also enjoy this Andhra fish fry at your place......then let's get started.......
This fish fry goes well with dal rice,rasam rice and Sambhar rice......I serve this as side dish with tangy fish curry.
Ingredients :
fish : 1 kg
ginger & garlic paste : 1 1/2 table spoons
Red chilly powder : 1 1/2 tspoons
Turmeric powder /haldi : 1 tspoon
Salt to taste
Garam masala : 1 tspoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tspoon
oil : 1/2 to 1 cup
Preparation :
1) clean fish pieces and pat dry them and keep a side.
2) take a bowl add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
3)now add this mixture to fish pieces
and apply well to each and every piece.
4) marinate for 30 minutes or you can directly fry them.
5)heat oil in a pan and place fish pieces,fry them on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
6)now flip them gently and fry for another 8 to 10 minutes or till it changes into nice Brown color.
7)take them into plate and serve hot.
