I added some grated cheese to make these buns more tastier.After 2 1/2 hours of wait I enjoyed these warm garlic dinner rolls, they are too good and yummy!!!!!
You must try this recipe and enjoy the good taste of these dinner rolls.i added lots of grated garlic for strong garlic flavor and sprinkled some mixed herbs seasoning.
You can add any seasoning as per your taste like Italian seasoning,pizza mix etc.,

Ingredients :
All purpose flour / maida : 3 cups
Yeast : 1 1/2 tea spoons
Salt : 1 t spoon
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Milk : 100 ml or as required
Grated garlic : 2 to 3 table spoons
Cheese : 2 table spoons (any grated cheese)
Mixed herb seasoning : 1 t spoon
Oil : 1/2 cup
Butter : 50 grams
Preparation :
First take warm milk in a bowl add yeast then add sugar, mix it well and keep a side for 10 to 15 minutes
Now take a mixing bowl add flour, salt then mix it well
Now make a well in middle of the flour pour oil and yeast and milk mixture then mix it well
Now start kneading the Dough, pour more milk or water if required (because our dough should be sticky)
Knead for 10 minutes if you are using hand mixer
Knead for 15 to 20 minutes if you are kneading with hands
Make a smooth dough and apply oil to a bowl a put the dough in bowl then cover with lid or cling wrap
Let the dough sit for 1 hour or till it raises into double (place in warm place)
After dough raises into double punch down the air from dough and knead for 2 to 3 minutes with your hand (apply some oil to your hands if it is sticking)
Now cut the dough into equal portions and roll them into smooth balls and place them in lined baking tray or cake mold
Now take a pan add butter and grated garlic just heat it for few seconds
Now apply this butter and garlic mixture well on buns sprinkle some grated cheese and sprinkle mixed herbs
Now let it raise till double in size
Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius
Let it cool completely and serve
Warm garlic rolls tastes best :)
