Fish Fry


Masala fish fry is tasty and flavorful dish.when I tried this recipe for first it turned really good and I started preparing this recipe at home.

                     This masala fish fry is very yummy and tasty.serve this with onion rings you can't forget the taste.add chilly powder according to your taste.

                   Take any small size fishes for this recipe.coat with masala and fry them.this so simple and easy recipe.try this recipe and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients :

small size fishes : 1/2 kg
Ginger&garlic paste : 2 t spoon
Coriander powder : 1 t spoon
Chopped coriander leaves : 1 table spoons
Chilly powder : 1 t spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 t spoon
Lemon juice : 1 table spoon
Oil for shallow frying + 1 t spoon
salt to taste
Garam masala : 1/2 t spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 t spoon

Method :

1)take a bowl add all ingredients except oil and mix it well

2)take fish and make deep cuts on each fish.

3)now apply the masala to each and every fish well and add 1 t spoon of oil and mix it.

4)marinate for 30 minutes

5)now take a pan add oil heat it and place fish and fry on low flame by turning in between.

6)fry till fish changes into nice golden color.

7)serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
 Take FISH make deep cuts on it.add all ingredients in mixing bowl (except oil)and mix well.apply this masala to fish and add 1 t spoon of oil and mix well.marinate for 30 minutes
 fry fish on both sides on low flame till they changes into golden color

Urad Ladoo


Urad Ladoo is my all time favorite snack. This is so yummy and healthy snack for kids. In Andhra this is most popular traditional sweet. In olden days my grand mother used to prepare these ladoos with large amount of minapappu/ urad dal/white lentils and ghee.

                      If you eat these ladoo I'm sure you never leave this again.they just melt in mouth!!!!!!

                    Main part to make these ladoo are roasting dal. you should roast it well they are going to be perfect ladoos with nice aroma.

                   We need just 3 ingredients to make this recipe.

                   Try this recipe at least once and let me know how it turns out for you.


Ingredients :

Minapappu/urad dal/white lentils : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Ghee : 1/2 cup (melted)

My one measures 200 ml

Method :

1)first take a pan add minapappu/urad dal/white lentils and roast them well.

2)stir continuously till they changes into nice golden Brown color.

3)switch off the flame and let it cool completely.

4)now blend this roasted dal into fine powder.

5)now add sugar and again blend it to fine powder.

6)take this mixture into a mixing bowl and add melted ghee then mix with your hands (if requires add some more ghee)

7)now take some portion of mixture and roll them as ladoos.

8)now yummy sunnunda is ready to eat!!!!
 roast urad dal/white lentils /minapappu well let it cool
 blend into a fine powder
 add sugar and blend it
 Pour melted ghee and mix it well
 roll them into ladoos
Enjoy the yummy sunnunda!!!!!!

Egg Less Wheat Flour Cake Recipe


A simple and easy recipe of egg less whole wheat cake.this cake is made from whole wheat flour.so,it is very healthy.

                    The texture of this cake is very soft and moist.the taste was so good and yum!!!!!

             One of my viewer requested this recipe and finally the recipe is here.when I first want to try this cake I thought this is going to fail and it will be not at all tasty,but I was wrong the cake turned really well and taste was unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

                  I made a simple plain cake, you can use any flavor as per your choice and if you want add some dry fruits to it.believe me and try this yummy wheat flour cake and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients :

Wheat flour : 1 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar : 1/2 cup
Condensed milk/milkmaid : 1/2 cup
Baking powder : 1 t spoon
oil : 1/2 cup
Warm milk /water : 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 t spoon

Method :

1)preheat oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

2)take 6 inch cake tin grease with oil or butter and dust with some flour and keep a side.

3)take a mixing bowl pour oil add powdered sugar and mix well.

4)now add condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix well.(i used homemade condensed milk,check the blog posts for condensed milk recipe)

5) pour warm milk or water and mix it well.

6) now take a sieve add wheat flour and baking powder sift it well, add this flour mixture to sugar and condensed milk mixture and mix well.

9)now pour this mixture to greased and dusted cake tin.

10)bake in 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.

11)let it cool completely and run a knife around the cake and demount it.

12)cut into pieces and have with a cup of tea!!!!
 mix oil and powered sugar well add condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix well
 Pour milk/water and mix it well.sift wheat flour and baking powder and mix into sugar and condensed milk mixture and mix well without lumps
 you can see the consistency of the batter in pic.pour this cake batter to cake mold and bake it.
 enjoy the yummy tasty wheat flour cake!!!!

Paneer Do Pyaza


Whenever I want to make pane-er, I always want to try new dish with pane-er. This time I tried this yummy dish pane-er do pyaza recipe.i watched some videos and tried this yummy recipe.

                 paneer cooked with two types of onions, one is chopped onions and one is cubed onions.i have also added some fresh cream to this dish,because I love the combination of pane-er and cream.it gives the restaurant taste.


                        yesterday I prepared this dish for my dinner,i served this with roti.this pane-er do pyaza well goes with any dish.try this recipe and let me know how it turns out for you :)

Ingredients :

Paneer : 250 grams
Medium size chopped onions : 2
Cubed medium size onion : 1
Medium size tomato : 1
Capsicum : 1
Fresh cream : 1 table spoon
Kasuri methi /dried fenugreek leaves : 1 t spoon
Salt to taste
Shahi jeera/cumin seeds : 1  tspoon
Dried red chilly : 1
Kashmiri chilly powder : 1  tspoon
Coriander powder : 1 t spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Coriander leaves : 1 table spoon

Method :

1)first blend tomato and capsicum in blender and make a fine paste.keep it a side.


2)take a pan add oil,add cumin seeds let them crackle.break red chilly and add to cumin seeds.

3)now add chopped onions and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

4)now add coriander powder,chilly powder and salt,saute for few seconds.

5)now add little bit of water and saute it.

6)now add blended tomato and capsicum mixture to it.saute for a minute.

7)now add 1 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.

8)now add cubed onions and cook for 2 minutes.

9)now add paneer ,Kasuri methi and cream and cook for 2 minutes on high flame by covering the lid.

10)now add coriander leaves and cook on low flame for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.

11)now your yummy paneer do pyaza is ready to serve!!!!!


 blend tomato and capsicum into fine paste and keep a side
 heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,red chilly saute it add onions saute them,add coriander powder, salt and chilly powder
 saute them, add some water saute for few seconds and add capsicum and tomato puree and saute it
 pour water cook for 2 minutes and add cubed onions and cook for 2 minutes
 now add paneer,cream and kasuri methi cook for 2 minutes on high flame by covering the lid

 reduce the flame sprinkle coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes and switch off the flame
Enjoy the yummy paneer do pyaza!!!!!!!

Chocolate Almond Brownies


Recently I prepared this yummy, chocolaty,nutty brownies for my kids. I served this brownies as evening snacks for my kids.they loved this chocolaty brownies a lot.

                     these brownies are perfect to serve with tea or as a ice cream.whichever way you choose to have it,you are sure to fall in love with this chocolate almond brownies.

                I used almonds in this recipe, you can cashew nuts or walnuts as per your taste.

            There are so many varieties of brownies which I'm going to share in my upcoming posts.

Ingredients :

All purpose flour/maida : 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar : 1 cup
dark chocolate : 150 grams
Butter : 100 grams
Vanilla essence : 1 tspoon
baking powder : 1 tspoon
Eggs : 3
chopped almonds : 1/4 cup

Note : all ingredients should be at room temperature.

If you are using unsalted butter add 1/4 tspoon of salt.

Preheat oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Method :
1)first melt butter and dark chocolate in double boiler.keep it a sideq

2)break eggs into a mixing bowl whisk it well.

3)add powdered sugar to eggs and whisk it well.

4)add vanilla essence and mix well.

5)now take a sieve add flour,cocoa powder and baking powder sift it well and add this mixture to sugar and egg mixture.

6)mix gently,make sure there are no lumps in batter.

7)now add melted butter and chocolate mixture to batter.

8)mix well,take chopped almonds and toss in some flour and add to brownie mixture,fold gently.

9)pour this brownie mixture to greased and dusted cake tin.

10)sprinkle some chopped almonds on top.

11)bake  in 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes in preheated oven or till if you insert a toothpick it should comes out clean.

12)let it cool completely and demould it and cut into pieces and serve.

 add flour mixture to egg mixture and mix well,add melted butter and chocolate mixture to batter and mix it well.

 pour this brownie mixture to cake mould and sprinkle some nuts on top, bake and enjoy!!!!!!!.
Yummy brownies are ready to serve!!!!!

Gajar ka Halwa / Carrot Halwa


I know this is everyones favourite desert.......one of my viewer requested this sweet recipe,how can I ignore or refuse to make this yummy dish!? So one day I planned to make this yummy carrot halwa!!!!!

                  There is one another reason to make this carrot halwa,that is my hubby.....:)

            Hubby is coming home after 25 days from his BUSINESS trip!!!!!! So, I was really happy and prepared this halwa for him. Hubby don't like cakes or pastries,he only likes traditional food. So I always try to make traditional food for him.

                          Ok,coming to this recipe,carrot halwa is a most popular dessert in India, that we love to eat a lot!!!!!
no one can refuse to eat this yummy sweet.
grated carrots/gajar cooked in milk,condensed milk/khoya and lots of nuts.

                         I used my homemade condensed milk for this recipe,check blog posts for homemade condensed milk recipe.you can also add khoya.

 heat ghee in a pan fry nuts and take them in a bowl.add grated carrots saute them and pour milk stir it
 Cook carrots by covering the lid till carrots are soft.add sugar
 Add condensed milk and cardamoms cook till it is done.stir in between and add nuts before serving


Ingredients :

Grated carrots /Gajar : 500 grams
Milk : 1 liter
Condensed milk /khoya/kova : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 400 grams
Cardamom : 4 (crushed)
Ghee : 1/3 cup
Cashew nuts/almonds/pistachios : 1/4 cup

Preparation :

1)heat ghee in a pan,add nuts and fry them till light golden color and take them in a bowl and keep a side. (I used sliced almonds)

2)in same pan add grated carrots and saute for 5 to 6 minutes or till the raw flavours disappears.

3)now pour warm milk to it and cook till carrots are cooked by covering the lid.

4)stir in between

5)when carrots are done add sugar,condensed milk and crushed cardamoms and stir it.(you can also add cardamom powder)

6)cook till sugar is completely dissolves and it comes to nice halwa consistency.

7)now switchoff the flame and sprinkle fried nuts and serve.

Homemade Mayonnaise


Hai......I hope u all are doing well......today I'm going to show you how to make mayonnaise at home? Making mayonnaise at home is so easy and healthy too.I always prepare my own mayonnaise at home....homemade mayonnaise is so healthy and cheaper than store bought jars,it's tasty too,so from now onwards no need to go supermarkets to buy mayonnaise,so,let's get started......

Ingredients :

Whole egg : 1
Lemon juice : 1 1/2 table spoons
Mustard paste/mustard powder : 1/2 tspoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tspoon
Oil : 250 ml
Salt : 3/4 tspoon or as per ur taste
 start with making mustard powder,if you are using mustard paste no need of mustard powder
 we are using very small amount of mustard seeds so I selected this traditional grinder :)
 Mustard powder is ready
 Take a juice jar break egg and add to jar (make sure that egg should be at room temperature) then add lemon juice
 add mustard powder
 add pepper powder
 Salt and start blending,(I'm using my both hands while blending so can't take pictures),while blending pour drop by drop oil till 30 seconds and after 30 seconds pour remaining oil and keep blending for 1 to 2 minutes
 your mayonnaise is ready now you can see how thick and creamy it is!!!!
 store in a air tight jar and put in refrigerator,it becomes more thicker after refrigirating. NOTE : if your mayonnaise cuddles don't panic,start with another egg and add pepper powder,salt,lemon juice and start blending,add cuddled mixture instead of oil and add extra 150ml of oil.
