Rich Chocolate Cake Recipe without Oven and Pressure Cooker



Chocolate cake!!!!!!!!!!!  I think every kid loves chocolates even adults.....especially chocolate cake....... I love this name so much :)

            So,today I'm going to show you this awesome chocolate cake recipe.don't have oven? No problem,don't have big size pressure cooker? No problem,yes.....,no problem...,,..,I'm going to bake this cake without oven and without pressure cooker.

         So many viewers requested me to show the cake recipe without oven,so, baked this cake on womens day.....first I posted this recipe in YouTube on women's day and here is the text recipe.

I'm also going to show a perfect chocolate ganache recipe.

Ingredients :

For chocolate cake :

All purpose flour/maida : 1 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
Butter : 80 grams
Powdered sugar : 1 cup
Eggs : 3
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Milk : 1/2 cup (warm)

For chocolate ganache :

Dark chocolate : 100 grams
Fresh cream : 1/2 cup
Butter : 2 tea spoons

First take a mixing bowl add softened butter and whisk it well

Then add powdered sugar and whisk it well it it becomes light and fluffy

Then add 1 egg and whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes then add second egg and whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes and add last egg and whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes (if mixture curdles, no problem continue the process)
Add vanilla essence and mix well
Now take a sieve add flour,baking powder and cocoa powder sift it and then add to egg and butter mixture and mix nicely,then pour milk and fold it gently

Now take a cake mould and grease with butter and dust with some flour then pour this cake batter to it and tap once gently

Now take a vessel which your cake tin can fit easily place a stand or a bowl in vessel then cover with lid and heat vessel on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes

Now put this cake tin in vessel and cover the vessel with lid and bake on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes

Don't open the lid before 15 to 20 minutes

Now insert toothpick or knife,if it comes out clean your cake is done

Let it cool completely

Now for making chocolate ganache take a double boiler add chopped dark chocolate,cream and butter then stir and melt it and when it comes to liquid consistency switchoff the flame

Now demold the cake and level with knife and pour this chocolate ganache on all over the cake

Now put this cake in refrigerator for 10 minutes and decorate your cake as per your choice

Yummy rich chocolate cake is ready!!!!
Whisk butter and sugar well
 Add egg one at a time and whisk it
 Add vanilla essence whisk it
 Sieve dry ingredients
 mix well and pour milk and fold gently
 Pour this batter to cake mold and spread it evenly
 heat vessel by placing a stand
 Now bake it on low flame
 cake is done
 make chocolate ganache
 Level the cake and pour chocolate ganche all over the cake
 put it in refrigerator
 serve!!!!!
