Malai Kulfi Recipe





Hi............. Here is an another amazing yummy recipe malai kulfi!!!!!!!!!!  I know you will be very happy by seeing this recipe.......few days back prepared this yummy malai kulfi to beat this summer, my kids enjoyed this kulfi a lot.


            You need very few ingredients to make malai kulfi. Malai kulfi is made of fresh milk and flavor of cardamom / elachi and some nuts.these nuts gives extra taste to kulfi.

              As I told you in before posts that I'm going to post lots of refreshing recipes and today posted malai kulfi and many more refreshing recipes are yet to come.......

Makes 4 kulfies

Ingredients :

Milk : 500 ml
Sugar : 4 table spoons or as per your taste
Crushed cardamoms or powder : 4
Sliced dry fruits : 2 table spoons

Method :

First take a pan pour milk and start stirring continuously for 4 to 5 minutes by scrapping the edges this makes malai in it.

Now add sugar and crushed cardamoms ,
sliced nuts and stir till it reduces 250 ml


Now switch off the flame and let it cool completely

Now fill the kulfi  molds with kulfi mixture and freeze it for 6 to 8 hours

Now run kulfi molds under running water for few seconds and demold it then sprinkle remaining nuts and serve!!!!!
 boil milk and start stirring continuously by scrapping the edges
 add sugar and cardamoms and stir it
 Now add nuts and stir
 When it becomes thick switch of the flame and cool completely
 fill the molds

 Freeze it
 Run under tap water for few seconds and demold it and serve

Strawberry Muffins Recipe



Hi hope you all doing well.....I'm here with one more tasty homemade Recipe that is yummy strawberry muffins!!!!!!

            Yes, today I'm going to show you this yummy strawberry muffins recipe, I know you will drool by listening to this name...... I like the strawberry name it's self, now I prepared muffins with them how cool!!!!!!

           They tastes really yummy and good,i used preserved strawberries in this recipe..... But I suggest you to use fresh or frozen strawberries. I didn't find fresh strawberries in my place right now so I replaced with preserved strawberries, but they also tasted great.

           Leave some strawberry chunks while crushing strawberries it tastes great in muffins.

      I hope you will like this and give it a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients :

All purpose flour/ Maida : 1 cup
Crushed strawberries : 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar : 1/2 cup
Vanilla/strawberry essence : 1 tea spoon
Large egg : 1
Milk if required
Unsalted butter : 50 grams
Baking powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Baking soda : 1/4 tea spoon

Makes six muffins

Method :

First take a mixing bowl add butter (butter should be in room temperature) cream it well

Now add powdered sugar and beat till it gets light and fluffy

Then add egg and beat it for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add essence and mix it well

Take a sieve add flour, baking soda and baking powder sift it well and add to butter and egg mixture

Now mix all ingredients then add crushed strawberries and mix it then pour some milk if your batter is too thick and fold gently

Now line your muffin tray with paper cups and fill half of the cups with batter

Now bake this in 180 degrees Celsius for 12 to 15 minutes

Now serve warm or cool!!!!!

Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes
 Cream butter and sugar well
 Then add egg and whisk it well
 Now add essence and whisk it well
 Now sift remaining dry ingredients together and add butter mixture and mix well
Add crushed strawberries and mix it then pour some milk as required and fold it gently
 Fill muffin mold with batter and bake it
Now enjoy the taste strawberry muffins

Rich Chocolate Cake Recipe without Oven and Pressure Cooker



Chocolate cake!!!!!!!!!!!  I think every kid loves chocolates even adults.....especially chocolate cake....... I love this name so much :)

            So,today I'm going to show you this awesome chocolate cake recipe.don't have oven? No problem,don't have big size pressure cooker? No problem,yes.....,no problem...,,..,I'm going to bake this cake without oven and without pressure cooker.

         So many viewers requested me to show the cake recipe without oven,so, baked this cake on womens day.....first I posted this recipe in YouTube on women's day and here is the text recipe.

I'm also going to show a perfect chocolate ganache recipe.

Try this recipe and let me. Know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients :

For chocolate cake :

All purpose flour/maida : 1 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
Butter : 80 grams
Powdered sugar : 1 cup
Eggs : 3
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Milk : 1/2 cup (warm)

For chocolate ganache :

Dark chocolate : 100 grams
Fresh cream : 1/2 cup
Butter : 2 tea spoons

First take a mixing bowl add softened butter and whisk it well

Then add powdered sugar and whisk it well it it becomes light and fluffy

Then add 1 egg and whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes then add second egg and whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes and add last egg and whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes (if mixture curdles, no problem continue the process)
Add vanilla essence and mix well
Now take a sieve add flour,baking powder and cocoa powder sift it and then add to egg and butter mixture and mix nicely,then pour milk and fold it gently

Now take a cake mould and grease with butter and dust with some flour then pour this cake batter to it and tap once gently

Now take a vessel which your cake tin can fit easily place a stand or a bowl in vessel then cover with lid and heat vessel on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes

Now put this cake tin in vessel and cover the vessel with lid and bake on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes

Don't open the lid before 15 to 20 minutes

Now insert toothpick or knife,if it comes out clean your cake is done

Let it cool completely

Now for making chocolate ganache take a double boiler add chopped dark chocolate,cream and butter then stir and melt it and when it comes to liquid consistency switchoff the flame

Now demold the cake and level with knife and pour this chocolate ganache on all over the cake

Now put this cake in refrigerator for 10 minutes and decorate your cake as per your choice

Yummy rich chocolate cake is ready!!!!
Whisk butter and sugar well
 Add egg one at a time and whisk it
 Add vanilla essence whisk it
 Sieve dry ingredients
 mix well and pour milk and fold gently
 Pour this batter to cake mold and spread it evenly
 heat vessel by placing a stand
 Now bake it on low flame
 cake is done
 make chocolate ganache
 Level the cake and pour chocolate ganche all over the cake
 put it in refrigerator
 serve!!!!!

Homemade Strawberry Crush Recipe



Making homemade food is really healthy and tasty because they don't have any chemicals and preservatives.as I promised you in previous posts that I'm going to post more sauces,crushes and homemade Recipes this is the one it belongs to that promise.

               Coming to this recipe it is very useful recipe in many ways.we can use this as topping for ice creams,we can use in cakes,strawberry souffle and we can make our own strawberry soda!!!!!

              I used this strawberry crush in making strawberry soda and souffle.my family enjoyed strawberry soda a lot!!!!!

            We can store this in refrigerator upto 1 week. If you want store for 1 month add sodium monetize.I didn't add sodium monetize because it finished in one day :)

             Now make your own strawberry crush at home and let me know how it turns out for you.


Ingredients :

Strawberries : 250 grams
Sugar : 500 grams
Lemon juice : 1 table spoon

Preparation :

First cut the stems of strawberries and blend into a fine puree

Now take a pan add sugar and pour 1/2 cup of water and start cooking

Stir sugar syrup occasionally

Bring sugar syrup to 2 string consistency then add lemon juice and add strawberry puree then stir and cook for 2 minutes

Now switch off the flame

When it is hot it will be thin consistency and when it becomes cool it gets thick

Now strawberry crush is ready

To make strawberry soda just take a glass pour 1/4 glass of strawberry crush and then pour soda and stir it well and serve.



 Make sugar syrup
 Bring it to 2 string consistency then add lemon juice and stir for few seconds
 now add blended strawberries and stir for 2 minutes then switch off the flame

Garlic Rolls Recipe



I have no words to describe this awesome garlic dinner rolls!!!! That much tasty they are!!!!!! These are my favorite dinner rolls till date,they are filled with great and strong aroma of grated  garlic and butter.

              I added some grated cheese to make these buns more tastier.After 2 1/2 hours of wait I enjoyed these warm garlic dinner rolls, they are too good and yummy!!!!!

               You must try this recipe and enjoy the good taste of these dinner rolls.i added lots of grated garlic for strong garlic flavor and sprinkled some mixed herbs seasoning.
You can add any seasoning as per your taste like Italian seasoning,pizza mix etc.,

Ingredients :

All purpose flour / maida : 3 cups
Yeast : 1 1/2 tea spoons
Salt : 1 t spoon
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Milk : 100 ml or as required
Grated garlic : 2 to 3 table spoons
Cheese : 2 table spoons (any grated cheese)
Mixed herb seasoning : 1 t spoon
Oil : 1/2 cup
Butter : 50 grams

Preparation :

First take warm milk in a bowl add yeast then add sugar, mix it well and keep a side for 10 to 15 minutes

Now take a mixing bowl add flour, salt then mix it well

Now make a well in middle of the flour pour oil and yeast and milk mixture then mix it well

Now start kneading the Dough, pour more milk or water if required (because our dough should be sticky)

Knead for 10 minutes if you are using hand mixer

Knead for 15 to 20 minutes if you are kneading with hands

Make a smooth dough and apply oil to a bowl a put the dough in bowl then cover with lid or cling wrap

Let the dough sit for 1 hour or till it raises into double (place in warm place)

After dough raises into double punch down the air from dough and knead for 2 to 3 minutes with your hand (apply some oil to your hands if it is sticking)

Now cut the dough into equal portions and roll them into smooth balls and place them in lined baking tray or cake mold

Now take a pan add butter and grated garlic just heat it for few seconds

Now apply this butter and garlic mixture well on buns sprinkle some grated cheese and sprinkle mixed herbs

Now let it raise till double in size

Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius

Let it cool completely and serve

Warm garlic rolls tastes best :)
